The Inventory Dashboard provides an overview of stock levels, including items on order, on hand, on hold, and available for sale. This dashboard helps businesses track inventory movement, optimize stock levels, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Metrics at a Glance:​

  • On Order: The total quantity of inventory items that have been ordered but not yet received.
  • On Hand: The total quantity of inventory items currently available in stock.
  • On Hold: The total quantity of inventory items reserved or held for specific purposes.
  • Available: The total quantity of inventory items ready for sale or use.

Visual Components:​

  • Top Items on Order: Displays the most frequently ordered inventory items.
  • Top Items on Hand: Highlights the most stocked items in inventory.
  • Top Items on Hold: Shows items that are currently reserved or restricted.
  • Top Items Available: Lists the items with the highest available stock.
  • Inventory Details Table: Provides a detailed breakdown of inventory quantities, including:
    • List of items
    • Document number and transaction dates
    • Last sold and last received information
    • Quantity breakdown across On Hand, On Hold, and On Order categories
    • Standard unit cost and valuation of items
