Picking Order

The Picking Order Dashboard provides real-time insights into the picking process, tracking order validation, stock shortages, and ongoing picking operations.

Key Metrics:​

  • Quantity Launched vs Picked vs Shipped: Tracks the flow of picked items from launch to final shipment.
  • Picking Order Validation Status: Breakdown of validated and non-validated picking orders.
  • Stock Shortage Monitoring: Identifies shortages in picking orders that could affect fulfillment.
  • Picking Order Type Distribution: Differentiates between picking, reserve, and mixed order types.
  • Top 5 Products Picked: Highlights the most frequently picked products.

  • Validation Rate Gauge: Displays the percentage of validated and non-validated picking orders.
