Activate Your Account
You can access the Activate Account page using a link sent to your email when the Administrator creates your account. The link is only valid for one hour. If you try to use the link after that time, it will no longer work. In that case, the Administrator must resend the link using the Set Password button under the Users tab.
From this page, you can submit the required information to activate your account. The table below lists the fields that must be completed.

| New Password | Enter a new password for your account. Make sure it meets the required password criteria. |
| Confirm New Password | Re-enter the password to confirm it matches the one in the New Password field. |
Password requirements
A password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long.
- Contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z) and 1 lowercase letter (a–z).
- Contain at least 1 number (0–9).
