Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Quantity Ordered: The total number of items ordered from suppliers within the selected period. This helps track overall purchasing volume.
  • Quantity PUR (Purchased Quantity): The number of ordered items that were successfully purchased, providing insights into fulfillment rates.
  • Quantity STK (Stocked Quantity): The total value of items added to inventory, helping assess stock management efficiency.
  • Quantity Returned: The total number of products returned to suppliers due to defects, incorrect shipments, or other quality issues.
  • Supplier Service Rate: A performance metric that evaluates supplier reliability based on receipt counts, delays, and order fulfillment rates. A higher percentage indicates better supplier efficiency.
  • Top 10 Orders by Supplier: A ranking of the largest purchase orders by supplier, providing insights into supplier dependency and order distribution.
  • Delayed Orders by Supplier Category: Tracks order delays across different supplier categories, helping identify bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  • Reception Status: Analyzes the status of received orders, categorized as fully received, partially received, or complex (issues present).
  • Returns by Supplier: Displays return trends across different suppliers, allowing for the identification of suppliers with high return rates.
  • Top 5 Orders by Product: Highlights the most frequently ordered products, helping procurement teams optimize inventory management.
